  • At peace with your past and optimistic about the future

YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE IT ALL OUT.

So much of our current healing happens individually but for us collectivist girlies, that just doesn't fit. I have been hearing from you again and again how much you are longing for a community of support. This is truly how I found healing - through the words and hearts of other daughters of immigrants.

I'm ready for this

Who is

Dr. Pauline?

As a daughter of immigrants, this is the program I wish I had had in my adulthood. After over 13 years of working with hundreds of fellow daughters of immigrants as a psychologist with a successful group practice, I started compiling the most potent resources that catalyze transformation.

Going beyond therapy, this program transcends the therapy structures and barriers which contribute to children of immigrants not getting the transformation they want from therapy. I am able to show up as my FULL self and to support in the day-in and day-out struggles in a way I always craved. I am able to teach, guide and impart knowledge and skill in ways that traditional therapy does not leave room for.

What have people said about Roots & Fruits?

"Working through this program with Pauline was one of the hardest and rewarding experiences that I have ever experienced. Pauline helped me in was that I hadn’t thought was possible. With her help I realized that working through my trauma was important as well as finding out that yes, I was worth it. This program was a great opportunity, and I would do it all over again if I could."

"This group was the first time I spoke and felt like everyone could truly understand. The comfort and power of that .. wow."

"The Roots and Fruits group program helped me to really connect with other daughters of immigrants in a way that seemed so difficult before. Even though we all came from different backgrounds, we developed such a sense of community and sisterhood because we could see ourselves in each other.”
