From Guilty to Grounded:
A Masterclass
MAY 9th, 11AM - 1PM PST (virtual)
You were raised to be grateful. To work hard. To never forget what your parents gave up. But now, you’re stuck in a cycle of endless guilt.
No matter what you do, it’s not enough.
This masterclass is for you.
Whether you're feeling torn between two cultures, drowning in the pressure to succeed, striving to enjoy the success you’ve created, or struggling to set boundaries with family—you are not alone.
Guilt is one of the most common pain points I hear from the children of immigrants.

Has guilt ever kept you from...
❌ Making choices that are good for you
❌ Living fully and being present in your life
❌ Connecting deeply with others
❌ Being close to your family

Have you ever felt guilt for...
✅ Not living up to your parents’ sacrifices
✅ Choosing passion over stability
✅ Not being fluent in your native tongue/s
✅ Drifting away from cultural traditions
✅ Prioritizing your mental health
✅ Not helping your family enough
✅ Dating and relationships
✅ Moving away from family
✅ Being more privileged than your parents were
Basically just LIVING YOUR LIFE?
This is for me
In this powerful 2-hour live masterclass, we’ll unpack the roots of guilt for the children of immigrants and give you the tools to rewrite the script so you can get a taste for the kind of freedom you dream about.
In this masterclass, you will learn:
➡️ Why guilt shows up so intensely for children of immigrants
➡️ What popular understandings of guilt miss when it comes to immigrant guilt
➡️ What to do when nothing feels like it’s enough
➡️ How to set boundaries without betraying your roots
➡️ Practical tools to navigate expectations and cultural tensions
I'm ready

This is for you if...

👉🏽 You feel like you're never doing enough—no matter how much you give
👉🏽 You’re caught between your own values and your family's expectations
👉🏽 You want to stop feeling guilty for choosing peace, passion, or rest
👉🏽 You’re ready to hold love for your culture without carrying all its weight alone
👉🏽 Grief doesn’t have to cloud your experiences, dampen your life, and be like an added, invisible weight.

Dr. Pauline Yeghnazar Peck
As a child of immigrants, I know the gnawing feeling of guilt all too well. I have experienced how it robbed me from feeling peaceful and content, even when making decisions that I knew were good for me. I became resolved to understand it more and work with it differently, in my life and in the life of those with whom I work.
As a licensed psychologist, coach, speaker, trainer, and child of immigrants— I have helped hundreds of first- and second-gen individuals navigate cultural identity, boundaries, and heal from intergenerational trauma.
This isn’t just theory. It’s lived experience + clinically grounded tools that have worked.
It's the freedom and peace that I have experienced and that I want for you.

Ready to stop carrying guilt
and start living fully?
Release the guilt.
Get grounded.
