Dr. Pauline Yeghnazar Peck
Â
Helping educate, empower, and encourage the children of immigrants to live full, free, meaningful lives. Bridging the mental health gaps between immigrant upbringings and western psychology. Supporting you in doing the two-fold work of breaking harmful intergenerational cycles while reclaiming the goodness of your culture.
Â
I understand what you're going through...
As a child of immigrants, youâve grown up straddling multiple cultural worlds, each with their own norms, rules, and expectations; each with their own lessons and cultural messages.
Within your immigrant home, you didnât receive the emotional attunement you needed and find yourself still struggling with how to best tend to something that wasnât given much, or any, attention.
But in the Western world, even popular psychology doesnât seem to fully fit. You find yourself often thinking âthat wonât work for me or my family.â So you feel lost.
LET ME BE YOUR GUIDE
Licensed trauma-informed psychologist, Iranian-American eldest daughter of immigrants, and mama in an intercultural marriage.
It took me years to understand that the experience I was having was not unique to me but shared by many. It took me years to unlearn what I had been taught and to reclaim what I knew in my bones, but had forgotten.
Now itâs my mission to support others to do the same.

GROUP PROGRAM
ROOTS + FRUITS
Like my signature 1:1 program for the daughters of immigrants but delivered in a group format. A sacred educational, experiential, and relational experience to help you understand yourself as a cultural being, gain the skills to support your work of cycle breaking, and deeply connect with fellow daughters of immigrants.
This program brings together everything I love about my individual program with one of the most underutilized ingredients for change: community! So many of us are doing this work alone which makes it lonely and heavy.
This is for the daughter of immigrants who wants to tap into the power of the collective to do the deep work and reap the rewards.
